Shane ordered windows materials from our local family owned company that we delivered supplied to his jobsite and that... he installed into a customers home, he has yet paid in full for this product. We have made multiple attempts to collect on the balance due of $931.96 and he promises to pay but does not, it's been over a month now of trying to collect. He gave us his word that he would pay us on 12/11/23 and has not as of today, 1/2/24 and has not returned our calls or emails since. I will remove this review once our company is paid in full for the products delivered and supplied.read more

Shane was amazing. He was knowledgeable about the process and the time and products needed to get the job done. It’s... all a foreign language to me but he was so kind and sweet to explain it to me in a way that never made feel inadequate. I appreciated this because as we all know, home repairs are expensive. I called to make an appointment to have a couple exterior doors hardware replaced. The lady that answered said the... next appointment would be in December. That’s ok, but I asked if maybe it could be done before thanksgiving. She said she would check with “Shane” and get back to me in a couple hours. That was a week ago. I called back a couple days later and left a message that I hadn’t heard back. Well, that message was ignored. December would have been fine if I wasn’t ignored.read more

We had some drywall damage on an outside corner in our bathroom that Shane restored to perfect. He was very responsive... to messaging through Yelp, often responding within the hour if not sooner. He completed the project during one of our winter storms and you would have no idea that he was repeatedly in and out of the house. He was very professional and completed quality work. We would recommend him and use him again for our home projects.read more

Shane and Sky responded to my request very quickly and got me an appt within a couple of days. The job was to install a... light and it turned into a bigger mess than it looked like since I live in an old house and I guess anything can happen. Each time there was a roadblock, Shane had to figure out a new solution. That meant cutting holes in the wall, rewiring mystery wires, installing new hardware, patching up drywall, and coming back on a different day twice. Even though it was a problematic job, Shane would not give up. His professionalism, tenacity, work ethic and commitment to do the job right was impressive. I appreciated that he was so determined to get it done. In the end, I have a beautiful light hanging in my previously dark hallway that I love!read more

I read about how Shane created this business model. He sounded like a really smart guy. Shane responded in a very... timely manner so I knew this was the guy.He came to my house to provide me with a quote. I set up an appointment for a week later. He got the tasks done quickly and he did a fab job!I'm handy but it would have taken me the entire weekend to get the hoists up. I knew that, and I'm glad Shane did the work!There were 3 hoists that I wanted installed on my garage ceiling. I was impressed with how quickly he got them done, and he did a quality job. I will definitely be a repeat customer of A Little of This & That Home Services.Shane is a quality person as well. No ego. A straight shooter. Polite and professional.read more
